Solstice can carry out general facade inspections and more detailed forensic examinations of facade defects, including:

• Water leakage and internal condensation
• Sealant and gasket degradation
• Structural failures – glass, stone, metal framing, anchors etc.
• Visual defects – laminated glass delamination, metal and glass coatings/finishes
• Corrosion – structural and visual effects
• Noise pollution, acoustic assessment
• Thermal performance – hot/cold bridging, OTTV, thermal imaging
• Drone-assisted facade surveys, in collaboration with certified Hong Kong-based drone operators
