Expert Witness

Colin Owen has prepared advisory and expert reports for arbitration/mediation on building facade disputes in Hong Kong, Macau and the UAE. He has also carried out detailed façade damage assessments and prepared technical reports for use by loss adjusters following severe events such as typhoons, fire and explosions. Colin has previously been appointed by leading law firms such as Pinsent Masons, DLA Piper, King & Wood Mallesons, Mayer Brown and Hogan Lovells as an expert witness.
